Quinoa with Pear, Grapes & Almonds

Basic Vegan Recipe: Quinoa with Pear, Grapes & Almonds
This recipe is so easy and delicious and can be an easy breakfast, lunch or snack. Mix cooked quinoa with diced pear, green grapes, sliced almonds (or other chopped nuts), and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, or even a little apple butter).
